About the Role We are looking for a Office Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person across the business. Key responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-run, organised environment Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders Support onboarding and offboarding processes Assist with HR administration, including employee records and documentation Coordinate team events, meetings, and internal communications Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities About you: Previous experience in an Office Manager / Office Coordinator role Exposure to HR processes (onboarding, HR admin, employee support) Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership What’s on offer: Supportive and collaborative team environment Broad, varied role with exposure to HR Opportunity to step into a key position within an established business This role will require 5 days based in the office (some wfh flexibility offered ad-hoc) If this sounds like your kind of role, hit APPLY!
